I advise PhD students in Economics at the National University of Singapore and Stockholm University. If you would like to work with me during your PhD, I encourage you to apply to one of these programs. I’m afraid I don’t have capacity to take on students from universities other than these two.
In most years, I hire one or two Research Assistants (RAs) to be based at Busara in Nairobi, for terms of at least two years. Please check the J-PAL jobs database for an ad. The deadline is typically in January. Unfortunately I don’t have capacity to take on interns.
Here is some more information for current and prospective students and RAs. It’s slightly outdated, but much of it still applies: PDF
